Beautiful newly built villas finca near Ses Salines. The villa house consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a big living/dining room, a spacious live-in-kitchen with pantry and a very large garage for big cars in fact a super size garage.
Magnificent views onto the landscape and the pool from the terraces and the balcony. This is a rental in quiet location close to Ses Salines, a southerly point on Majorca. It is a rural headland covered in natural bush and trees and there is a lighthouse from where there are magnificent views of the mallorca south coast as well as Cabrera Island sitting in the Mediterranean sea.
It is a great place for birdwatching and several species may be seen including shearwaters and terns gliding about inshore. Cap de Ses Salines lies a few miles south of the village of Les Salines which might be thought of as being a town. Ses Salines 50 minutes from airport Palma de mallorca. Santanyi is the largest town 20 minutes by narrow road. You definitely will not get thirsty there. Bars will serve you with cocktails at sundown. This beach does not belong to the cheapest though, so it fills up with many wealthy individuals… who anchor their boats and yachts there. There is a nudist section somewhere in the middle of it. Property prices are however cheaper here and properties tend to be in a finca style 3 bed room properties and 5 bedroom are available quite often.
Ses Salines – is not a waste of time at all, maximum level of satisfaction almost guaranteed provided you are open-minded on bar prices great summer events fun with party people not necessarily wearing full bikinis, to the sound of finest Ibiza chill-out sounds.
This exceptional strip of beach (1,4km) is surrounded only by blue water, and tall pines on the other side. Near to Ibiza Wildlife Conservation Area may be an advantage if you fancy some exploring walking or tack and road cycling region.
