majorca property income taxes

The Propertycasa.com weekly report recommended the following course of action in respect of wealth tax on the island of Majorca. The capital city is Palma de Mallorca which is affected by these  yearly taxes.
Urgent      send a letter of cancellation to your fiscal representative, Lawyer solisitor,or abogado(see the form described and time frame in your contract).  Do this in good time before the end of this year 2008 especially if you are in Majorca the cheap place to live in the Mediterranean.Property taxes with sunshine and property for people who pay their property tax for the last time next year fingers crossed.
Urgent present a letter to the bank instructing them that no amounts are to be paid next year based on this contract, and ensure the bank sign a copy that they have received this instruction from yourself.
